Many people are shocked that I don’t feed my kids cereal for breakfast. Ever. Once upon a time, we did. I recall throwing o-shaped cereal on my kids’ high chairs. Like every day. After the gluten-free diet took hold here over two years ago, things changed rapidly. We hired a nutritionist. She said something [...]
Well, we survived our first gluten-free Thanksgiving. I could care less about the breads and such, it was the PIE I missed the most. Luckily, I found a substitute that will be a stand-by for many holidays to come. Apple crisp. Like the French Apple Pie I so missed. The recipe is simple. Ingredients: For [...]

Hi Nicolette,
Thank you for hosting your lovely party!!
Love the anti-rules
Hi, thank you for featuring mine flower! I’m so happy that you like it!!!
Thanks for hosting! I hope you have a wonderful week!
It’s been ridiculously warm here, too. Last year WD broke 2 $130 lacrosse heads during tryouts because it was 20 degrees out and the ground was frozen. This year I’ve been coming to watch tryouts in shorts. What a difference a year makes! Love the pics of your kids enjoying the warmth! So cute!
Great features, too! Love the straight pin dandelions! Thanks for sharing and for hosting this party each week.
Hi,
I shared a recipe for a nutritious beef bone broth. Also, an article about detoxification and the 6 stages of the GAPS Intro diet.
Thanks for hosting!
Thanks for hosting, Nicolette! Enjoy the nice weather.
Nicolette, I have shared Parmesan Crusted Chicken and Pineapple Pie. Thank you for hosting!
I’m in Utah now- but I’m from Illinois. All my friends and family back home have been gushing over the weather. Can’t wait to move back this summer!
Thanks for the party!

Hello, Nicolette. It’s my first time linking up since last June. Thanks for hosting! We are loving the spring-like weather too. High was 82 here in the Louisville, KY, metro area today. I can’t believe I was walking around in a sleeveless dress in the middle of March!
thanks for giving us a fun place to link up I also cannot get enough of the warmth (I’ve taken walks every single day)

Thanks, Nicolette!
Thank you for the party!!
I am not sure if I am going to add a link to any of my posts this week, but I just had to comment on your anti-rules. Love them! I have linked to a couple parties this week and I still want to visit the other blogs that posted. So if I had a link here I will feel guilty if I cannot spend some time looking at what other people posted. I have no idea how people link up to 25 or more link parties and have the time to go through and and see what other people have posted.
If I ever to a link party I think I would be really strict and make sure people followed my rules and then it wouldn’t be fun.
I actually only look at a few links in each party – I don’t know if that’s breaking the rules, but the cooking/party/baking/furniture/kid’s stuff posts aren’t really my thing so I just check out the ones that interest me, and of course, I’ve already seen some of them at the other parties.
I’m glad you said no witty banter, wittiness is definitely not my forte ;0)
Hi Nicolette and thanks so much for hosting and a great collection of inspirational ideas…My corner of Devon in the UK, needs to get a bit of that LA thang goin’ as I for one am sick of the constant grey days we have to endure over here:-) Chicago has the right idea-clever girl
This week I posted a feature on LIVING INTENTIONALLY and a post on METABOLIC SYNDROME, 5 NATURAL HAIR RECIPES and a WONDERFULLY EASY SOAP RECIPE! I hope you enjoy reading them as much as I enjoyed writing them!
Some of you may know I also host a linky,-although still in its early days- and am seeking even more wonderful creative women to come and share their beautiful posts there too! It’s called SEASONAL CELEBRATION and can be found at Natural Mothers Network http://naturalmothersnetwork.com
