Menu Plan for the Week of November 28th

The wall is still naked.  I promise I will make this post pretty again.  Monkey needs to earn some brownie points from me after knocking down my gallery wall with a broom.  Must kid-proof it better.  I’m thinking velcro?

Maybe tonight I will tackle this if my recent battle with insomnia continues…

Here’s what we are noshing on at the estate this week:

Sunday: Wild-caught salmon “cookies” and butternut squash “pudding” for the kids- recipe coming soon…

Salmon in the oven with ghee for me {divine} and green beans; grilled salmon and salad for the King

-notice that the nomenclature makes all the difference with kids.  Coming soon, liver donuts.  But I will be making them eat pate soon…

Monday:  Oven-fried garlic pork tenderloin with fingerling potatoes, salad {sounds fancy, right?}

Tuesday:  Crockpot sloppy joes {with sneaky vegetables. shhh}

Wednesday:  Whole roasted chicken, salad, creamy spinach/artichoke dip for me and the kids {King won’t touch it}. Recipe to follow soon.

Thursday:  Potato chorizo tacos with fresh guacamole and mango salsa, soaked black beans

Friday:  Crockpot Swedish {turkey} meatballs for me-and kids; Steak for the King, green beans, peas, some sort of dip for the kids…salad!

Saturday:  Leftovers!
