Creative Juice #33: {Features and Link-up}

Photobucket

It’s our last week of summer over here at the estate.  I’m in major denial that Moose starts PreK on Monday.   Monday.  I think year round school is CRIMINAL.  Gah.  It’s too nice out to be in a dang classroom.  Call me traditional, but it seems a bit weird to be in school before Labor Day.

I’ll still be in summer mode until the first snowflake falls despite Moose being in school…

I digress…

You all REALLY brought it last week! Here’s a few projects that caught my eye…pay them a visit!
This first project deserves an extra nod.  Fabric wallcovering on the cheap! Safe for apartment dwellers or those whom love to change their walls often!  You need to see how “S” and “W” over at The Pretty Life Anonymous rock this makeover.  Brilliant.
I love me some vintage suitcases.   So when Harriette over at Look at the Birdie overhauled this little find, I found myself itching for garage sales at midnight when I saw her post. This is such a great piece for storage or travel…
Candace over at Candace Creations made these amazing Restoration Hardware inspired pillows.
Love. Them.  It’s like fine art…but on a pillow.

Quilling is something I hope to try my hand at this fall.  Justine over at Obsessive Creative Disorder made this killer piece of art.  I really like the layered effects of the quilling…

THE GUIDELINES FOR CREATIVE JUICE

{by participating, you allow me to repost your pictures if I feature you!}

As usual…

1.) Follow if you want, but by no means required to join.  I’m not strong arming you to like me or read my thoughts…but following my blog makes you prettier, skinnier, and happier.  Just like reading fashion magazines.

2.) Link to your actual post, not your general blog.
Cuz’ people wants to see ya projects and stuff.

3.) Anything creative counts, but don’t use this as a forum to hock your stuff.

If you’d like to advertise on this fine blog, contact me.

4.) Grab a button here or link back.
That really makes me smile when I visit your post.

5.) Please try to visit a few other links. Linking and running is like ding dong ditch.  You love comments and so do I. That would be awesome.
Tell them you are from CJ!
Just a few more hours until my guiltiest of all guilt pleasures airs…
Can’t wait to see how they make asses of themselves in Italy.
It’s my favorite place on Earth.
Here’s me back in 2005.  Italy.  Ahh.

Now…unleash the creatives, people.
