Monday-
b-oatmeal with coconut oil, strawberry puree
l leftover sloppy joes, fruit
d sweet and sour turkey meatballs, sweet potato fries
Tuesday-
b almond flour waffles with organic blueberries, chicken sausage
l sunbutter sandwiches, gala apples, guac and chips
d pork tenderloin with chimichurri, soaked brown rice, green beans
Wednesday-
b green smoothies {kale} with coconut oil, scrambled eggs with hashbrowns
l zuchinni chips {oven}, leftover chicken and pasta, salad
d burgers, sweet potato fries, fruit sauce
Thursday-
b scd pancakes with ghee, canadian bacon
l tostadas with refried beans, salsa
d chicken satay {sunbutter for kids, peanut for dada}, thai cucmber salad,
Friday-
b- soaked oatmeal, carrot/apple puree
l- chicken salad on crackers, fruit
d-tacos, beans, guac, salsa
Saturday-
b-breakfast pudding or cookies, homemade turkey sausage
l-white bean humus, veggies, crackers
d- dada’s dinner: steak, garlic dill potatoes, salad

your weekly meal plan amazes me! I wish I could be that organized! I usually just go with what I’m craving though. It’s kind of lame!
