So good, we eat it for breakfast on many a morning since Moose’s coconut sensitivity started. This would pack well for a picnics {because it’s dairy-free} or a simple dessert for a evening at home.
You could even make it into a “yogurt” by tossing a few capsules of your favorite probiotic powder. I add saccharomyces boulardii and a heavy dose of the lacto family into ours.
Your unsuspecting children will be none the wiser.
I n g r e d i e n t s
-2 bananas with spots {these make the bananas more digestible}
-1/2 bag of frozen strawberries {I buy Trader Joe’s organic, only $1.99!}
-1 avocado
1.) Toss all these babies in a food processor.
2.) Process until creamy.
3.) {add your probiotics if you want to make it a dairy-free “yogurt”}
This was such a hit that Monkey insisted on licking the food processor bowl.
To your health…

I have been making the frozen banana “ice cream” lately..this sounds good! I have that same snoopy spoon from when I was little.
Just found your blog, and am very inspired. Not dealing with autism over here but other minor health issues… I love your recipes and will be trying this one very soon! Thanks for sharing and bless you
