Meal Plan {Week of June 20th}

This was our breakfast Monday…

Here’s my lunch from Sunday: Chicken Salad on a Salad
{extra special b/c I was kid-free and ate in silence}

last but not least: here our my world-famous sweet potato fries.

Sunday
B Turkey Sausage.  Rice cakes & Sunbutter.
L Chicken Salad. Grapes.
D BBQ @ Nana’s.

Monday
B: Almond Flour Waffles.  Fresh organic berries.
L: White Bean Dip with crackers; bananas & sunbutter, pears
D: Leftover steak from Father’s Day, GF pasta with Marinara, Cucumbers

Tuesday
B: Soaked oatmeal with strawberry banana “pudding”
L: Pecan cheese with crackers; special treat {fruit snacks from Annie’s}
D: BLTs

Wednesday
B: Butternut Squash Crepes.  Turkey Sausage.
L: SBJs, kiwi slices, sweet potatoe and beet chips
D: *kids only* applegate farm franks-n-beans

Thursday
B: green smoothie, turkey sausage patties
L: humus & veggie chips; fruit from farmer’s market
D: tacos, guac, mango salsa, black beans

Friday
B: carrot muffins, berry smoothie
L: tostadas with refried beans and salsa {use leftovers}
D: dada: pizza,  attempt homemade pizza crust with almond/cashew flour

Saturday
B: butternut squash crepes, chicken sausage
L: burgers and sweet potatoe fries
D: shish-ka-bobs, soaked rice, salad
