1.) Secure your pretty ribbon to the foam circle with sewing pins, because this way you can reuse the ribbon for a different project in the future. I’m always the frugal thrifty chic.
2.) Then wrap the ribbon around the foam circle pulling it at an angle and as tight as you could possibly go. 4 yards was just barely enough for this 12″ circle.
3.) Wrap your garland around the ribbon, and voila! A simple wreath for next to nothing. I really love it against the black door.
Nearly instant gratification. Wreaths are good luck. Go make yourself one, and paint your front door while you are at it. Feng shui has different color schemes for location of doors and door facing different directions. Since I’ve painted our front door black last year, many good things have come our way.
We face east and our door is on the left side of our home by the way, hence why I chose black.
Happy Spring! {Even though it’s set to snow here in Chicago this weekend. Blah}

Very spring! Lovin’ it!
I love how simple and springy this is!!! Beautiful:)
Fun! I love love loooove your door knocker. I’ve been begging the hubs to get a new front door. I don’t know what ours is made of but it looks like paper that got wet and dried wrinkley. And it’s brown…. not a good brown either. You door is exactly what I’ve been looking for. Did it come with your house or did you buy it?
Another great project, I love it! You have great taste! I am your newest follower, and would be thrilled if you followed back!
